Production Times

Most curated pieces are produced to order in small Italian workshops. Standard lead times range from four to eight weeks. Bespoke commissions are quoted per project.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using specialist art and design couriers, with tailored crating for fragile ceramic and stone pieces. Duties and taxes are calculated at the point of enquiry.

Custom Production

Custom pieces begin production upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Timelines are confirmed in writing before commencement.

Damaged Deliveries

Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. We coordinate replacement or remake at our expense where the fault is verified.

Return Conditions

Standard collection items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is arranged by the client.

Non-Returnable

Bespoke, commissioned or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for your project.
