Company

ARVEMIO is an Italian Design House and independent trading activity based in Malta, specialising in the curation, sourcing and development of Italian-crafted objects for interiors and hospitality projects. Legal and fiscal information applicable to each transaction is provided on quotations, invoices and commercial documentation.

Business Customers Only

ARVEMIO operates exclusively on a business-to-business basis. By requesting a quotation, confirming an order or entering into a transaction with ARVEMIO, the client confirms that it is acting for purposes related to its trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer. ARVEMIO does not accept consumer orders through this website.

Scope

These terms govern the sale of curated collection pieces, bespoke commissions and design coordination services.

Products

All objects are handmade in small Italian workshops. Natural variation in colour, form, texture and finish is intrinsic to the character of each piece and is not a defect.

Availability

Curated pieces are produced to order. Availability is confirmed at quotation stage and may be subject to workshop capacity.

Pricing

Prices are provided on enquiry and confirmed in formal quotations. Prices exclude taxes, duties and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content created by ARVEMIO for this website, including its branding, editorial text, art direction and original photography, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Product designs, artworks, trademarks, photographs and other materials created or owned by independent makers, designers and manufacturers remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Bespoke drawings, concepts and project materials developed by ARVEMIO or its partners remain subject to the intellectual property terms agreed for the relevant commission. Nothing published on this website transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. ARVEMIO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
